All orders placed constitute an offer to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Renvida Limited upon successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, regulatory restrictions, suspected misuse, or suspected fraud.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice. Full payment is required before dispatch.
All third-party transaction fees, bank charges, foreign exchange differences, and refund processing costs are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the courier.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, and clearance fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by the Renvida Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
